Floppy diskettes were the medium with which Danex was built. In fact, the president has been known to take a phone message down on a random fog-white 3.5 inch disk and then proudly exclaim, "Now that's what I call writing to a disk!" We have come a long way since those early days. But, we continue to service customers who need the older formats. With a daily capacity of 25,000 disks, we are also one of the most efficient in the business. Today, the trend in software distribution is, of course, CD's. However, in the re-writable arena, Jazz and SyQuest cartridges and other removable storage mediums are quickly becoming the norm. Danex is currently working on technology that will allow us to duplicate multiple cartridges from one master simultaneously. |
